- Managed
the entire Indian operations of Educational Testing Service (ETS) Princeton,
NJ. USA (the world’s largest
testing agency). My work included managing secure conduct of exams like TOEFL, GRE, GMAT and TSE. I also took care of ETS’s
B2B and B2G marketing operations for Educational Products and services and
provided them consultancy services.
- Attended
several international representative meets in USA,
UK,
Hong Kong etc.
- Managed
IPEM’s strategic diversification and started
several new educational ventures such as IT Training & Vendor
Certification, establishment of online testing centers, Study abroad
consultancy business.
- In
charge of new business development and managing existing educational
projects at IPEM.

Language learning) market development for ETS
products such and LanguEdge, Criterion and TOEFL ITP. Launched an all India
marketing campaign and achieved the 3rd Highest
sales in the world for ETS LanguEdge
software. Provided marketing intelligence to ETS
and was invited to give several presentations related to market development
and niche marketing in USA
and Hong Kong. Helped ETS
to expand its new Internet Based Testing centers in India and worked with the international team
to establish new centers throughout India.
- Continued
to manage all IPEM projects and growth objectives.
Managed domestic admission and recruitment testing operations for IPEM clients. Domestic admission testing included
conduct of national tests for entry into Medical, Engineering and
Management etc. Recruitment testing included conduct of National level exams for Recruitment in
Government corporations and Private companies
- Played
a key role in establishment of IPEM International
School which is a
venture of IPEM and this project in just 3 years
time is contributing 60% of IPEM’s annual
revenue.
