“When the one great scorer comes to write against your name, he writes not whether you won or lost, but how you played the Game.”

This saying has inspired the students of Green House to always give their best no matter what the outcome, whether in the field or on the stage. To make efforts, to live the true feeling of competition and never to be pessimistic are some of the tenets of the students of Green House. Though the students of Green House failed to vanquish the Red House and as a result had to relinquish the coveted ‘Liddle Shield,’ they sure put up a tough competition for the other three houses; and have reserved the ‘Liddle Shield’ for the next year.

Green House managed to secure the first position in the following events: i-Next Painting Competition (Group A), Poster Making & Collage Making Competition and Science Quiz. Fighting like real valiant soldiers they were able to procure the second position in the following events: Rangoli Competition, Slogan Writing Competition, Badminton Tournament, Chess, English and Hindi Elocution and Karate Championship.

Never losing hope, Green House bagged the third position in i-Next Painting Competition (Group B), Spell Whiz, Face Painting & Fancy Dress Competition and Talent Hunt Show. They came fourth, and are resolute to do better next time in Creative Writing, House Board Work, Badminton and Carom Competition.

The performance of the Green House right till the end was cynosure and the students tried myriad ways to give their best. Green House faced many ups and downs throughout the year but the students of the house were always sangfroid and avant-garde. They were never ready to give up and their collective hard work landed them second in the overall championship.

The students of Green House have settled to bid a bon-voyage to this year’s failures and are moving ahead with clarity and an even bigger determination to become insuperable. We wish the students and teachers for their ‘Bona Fide Savoir-Faire’ in the upcoming year.
