Psychometric Assessment for Recruitment and Development

The IPEM provides custom designed psychometric assessment tests to either fulfill a client’s specific needs or as a part of the client’s recruitment processes. The IPEM has been one of the pioneers in the field of recruitment testing and introduced the concept of objective based testing in India.
