Psychometric Assessment for Recruitment and Development
The IPEM provides custom designed psychometric assessment tests to either fulfill a client’s specific needs or as a part of the client’s recruitment processes. The IPEM has been one of the pioneers in the field of recruitment testing and introduced the concept of objective based testing in India. We have served the testing needs of numerous clients for over twenty five years and we continue to grow from strength to strength. We research, design and publish our own secure and valid psychometric tests which can be administered either by the client or by us, on an all India basis.
